Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our Faisalabad location. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients. The role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving conflicts, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining customer satisfaction levels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to address customer issues in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Proven track record of achieving high customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred

Note: An understanding of the apparel manufacturing industry would be an added advantage for the candidate.
