Job Description

Location: Rawalpindi, Bahria Town Phase 4 (On-Site)
Salary: Rs. 350/hour (Fixed, Weekly Payment)
Join Zoom Cars, Bristol’s largest taxi company, as a Customer Service Representative. In this full-time role, you will handle customer calls, manage bookings, and ensure seamless communication between drivers and passengers. We require at least 2 years of experience with Autocab software and excellent organizational skills.
Work Hours: Fixed 12-hour shifts (Day: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Night: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). We offer a competitive salary with no probation period.
