Shift: Rotating Night Shift (Pacific Time)

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide timely and accurate information. The position involves working on a rotating night shift in the Pacific Time zone.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience in an international campaign.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using CRM systems; knowledge of Zendesk is a plus.

Ability to work in a rotating night shift based on Pacific Time.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

Full-time availability for the duration of the seasonal project.

Successful completion of paid training.

Ability to adapt to rotating shifts based on business needs.
