Job Description:

As a Customer Service Sales Representative at Brave BPO, you will play a vital role in driving our company’s sales growth. You will effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to potential customers, serving as the primary point of contact between our business and prospects. Maintaining positive relationships with existing clients and achieving sales targets will be your key responsibilities. Your tasks will involve maximizing customer satisfaction and providing insight to management regarding customer needs, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize cold calling strategies to reach out to customer leads and expand our customer base.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within specified timelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts and ensure seamless communication.
  • Provide valuable insights to management regarding customer needs, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience of 6 months to 1 year as a Sales Representative, demonstrating a successful track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with strong negotiation, communication, and selling skills.
  • Effective prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to create and deliver customized presentations based on audience needs.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers and suppliers.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Good listening and spoken skills.
  • Willing to work in Night-Shift.
  • Minimum education should be Intermediate or advanced.
