Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Representative at Sapiens Limited, located in Rawalpindi. As a Customer Service Sales Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers with product inquiries, providing information about products and services, resolving customer complaints, and processing orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and updating databases.
