Job Description
Abacus Consulting is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. You will interact with customers to address their inquiries and provide information about our products and services, enhancing our service competitiveness and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate to strengthen service competitiveness.
- Efficiently resolve service-related issues.
Requirements:
- A Levels/Intermediate or above.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Neutral American accent preferred.
Salary: Up to Rs75,00 per month, full-time with US timings, 5 days a week.
