*This position requires commuting daily to the company office situated in NASTP, Rawalpindi. Ability to work night shifts (8 pm-5 am).
General Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in customer service
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in an organized method
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with agency management software applications
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong critical thinking and reasoning abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Organized and keen to details
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Goal-oriented and team player
- Builds good relationships with coworkers and employees
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries (phone & email) promptly
- Secure all necessary documents for new customers
- Quote insurance plans & prices for customers
- Take premium payments from customers
- Assist customers with requests and respond to questions
- Support management of customers’ insurance programs and billing/accounting
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Excel in relationship building
