Job Description
Authornate is looking for enthusiastic candidates for the Customer Service Specialist position.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer support and should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. This candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, working to find effective solutions while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate departments, if necessary.
- Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience by identifying trends in customer feedback and proposing improvements to relevant processes.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a patient and empathetic approach to resolving customer issues.
- Customer-focused mindset, dedicated to providing top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems is a bonus.
- Should know about how the freelancing platform works and deal with the client accordingly.
Salary: Starting at 30,00-40,00 /Month (Depending on the Experience)
