Job Description
A Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. They handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
- Resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Providing accurate product information and assistance to customers
- Maintaining customer records and updating relevant information in the database
