Job Description
Position Overview:
Working as part of the Customer Relations team. You will deliver excellent customer service by handling and resolving customer, supplier & Driver queries and complaints. The role plays an integral part in customer service operations and is key to managing the brand. You will deliver challenging SLAs and achieve agreed KPI’s as you handle a mixture of delivery failures due to out of stock and other operational issues, email for all our customers plus telephone interactions both inbound and outbound with our delivery drivers and customers ensuring a swift and accurate resolution is delivered in line with our customer service strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily case load and calls in line with agreed KPI’s and objectives.
- Provide a high quality of customer service with every customer interaction either via email or telephone.
- Provide feedback from customer interactions, to ensure any system/procedure/process issues are highlighted and feedback to line manager to improve the ongoing customer experience.
- Identify own development needs and engage support where necessary to drive own development.
- Always ensure an up-to-date knowledge with company policies, procedures, initiatives, and promotions. With the ability to explain these to customers with authority and confidence.
- Ensure technical knowledge is developed and maintained on all systems relevant to the role to support our brand, Colleagues and Customer.
- Follow and implement all procedures, legislative and regulatory rules.
- Support any area of the business as required to resolve customer issues/queries.
