Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Karāchi. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support to our valued clients on the phone, in person, or through email. They will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing a positive customer experience consistently.
Qualifications
• Fluency in English speaking (mandatory)
• Excellent Customer Service and Phone Etiquette skills
• Familiarity with customer service tools and techniques
• Proven track record of delivering great customer experiences
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in spoken and written English experience in a customer support role
• A genuine interest in and familiarity with motorcycles is a plus.
