Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers, providing them with information, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding our products and/or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and/or services.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with customers to strengthen service competitiveness.
  • Communicate back to customers, track, and resolve any issues regarding the service in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure a positive Customer Experience, ultimately leading to a good Quality Assurance (QA) Score.

Qualities and Skills Required:

  • Collaborative mindset: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Customer service focus: Strong dedication to meeting customer needs and providing excellent service.
  • Ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner: Skill in explaining complex concepts or technical details to customers in a clear and understandable way.

Job Requirements:

  • A Levels/Intermediate or above education.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • American or neutral accent.
  • Availability to work based on US timings.
  • Willingness to work 5 days per week.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is up to $70,00.
