Job Description

Identify and address customer inquiries, concerns, and needs via phone, live chat, and email.

Provide remote software training and ensure customer utilization of RD Payment.

Resolve complaints with empathy through live chat and calls.

Research issues, communicate customer requests to the development team.

Maintain product knowledge and follow company communication procedures.

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years B2B client communication experience.
  • 1 year SaaS or ERP product experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience in Live Chat, Email & Call interactions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, TeamViewer, Ring Central, etc.
  • Preferential consideration for high-volume call center or payment solution experience.
