Job Description
Company Description: Sika is a specialty chemicals company recognized for its bonding, sealing, and protective products in the construction and automotive industries. With a global presence and focus on innovation, Sika strives to lead the construction chemical sector.
Experience: 3-4 years of customer service experience in construction, chemical, or large manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries, track orders, manage processing, handle returns, and promptly resolve complaints. Provide insights on customer service KPIs and compile feedback reports.
Knowledge And Skills: Understanding of construction chemicals, proficiency in SAP, expertise in MS Excel and Power BI, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications: Preferably holds an MBA in any discipline.
