Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via chat.
- Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies.
- Document customer interactions and update records in CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Stay updated on product changes and industry developments.
Job Requirements:
- A Levels/Intermediate or above.
- Excellent English Written and Verbal Communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
Working Timings:
- US timings (5 Days a week)
