Job Description
Onsite: DHA Phase 3 Lahore PK.
Timing: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Responsibilities:
KPI-Driven Strategy: Implementing strategies focused on key performance indicators, emphasizing SLA, FCR, and TAT for maximum customer satisfaction.
Sales Conversion Specialist: Working closely with leads, ensuring effective communication, and converting inquiries into successful, targeted sales transactions.
Quality Assurance: Upholding elevated standards of customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
Client Collaboration Expert: Cultivating robust relationships through active engagement and cross-functional teamwork, prioritizing enduring connections via exceptional after-sales services.
Social Media Savvy: Leveraging social media channels effectively to engage customers and enhance their journey.
Help Desk Management Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with management tools for streamlined customer support processes and increased operational efficiency.
Effective Communication: Seamless communication with local and international customers, fostering positive interactions and lasting relationships.
Team Development Leader: Training, mentoring, and guiding support representatives for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
3+ Years of Proven experience in CSR/ BDO.
Sales acumen with a solid grasp of E-commerce processes, excelling in converting leads into sales.
Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—for engaging customers and leading support teams effectively.
Customer-centric approach with a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
