Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Support Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring exceptional service to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department.
  • Hiring, training, and mentoring customer service representatives.
  • Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
  • Handling escalated customer inquiries and resolving issues.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in customer service management. You should be able to effectively communicate with both customers and team members and have a customer-centric approach.
