Vertex 360 Software Solutions is a startup based in Melbourne that provides software solutions for the NDIS sector. The company is on a mission to solve the multiple problems faced by the NDIS sector with the help of experienced IT and NDIS professionals.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Team Lead at Vertex 360 Software Solutions/NDIS software located in Lahore. The Customer Service Team Lead will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, leading the customer service team to provide exceptional customer support, and handling customer service inquiries. The role also entails effective communication skills and conflict resolution. Some sales will be required from time to time. Product training for staff is part of this role.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer satisfaction skills, including the ability to handle complex situations and turn negative experiences into positive ones
- Proven customer service management experience
- Strong customer support skills and experience in handling customer service inquiries
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication
- Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a comparable level of experience in a customer service role
- Experience in NDIS or a healthcare-related field is a plus
