Job Description

Position: Customer Services Executive

Department: Distribution – ANI

Job Summary: This role involves managing administrative operations, processing credit and debit notes, overseeing customer orders, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Process credit and debit notes, stock, complaints, and discounts from customers.
  • Prepare and process distributor orders according to monthly plans.
  • Approve purchase orders for inbound shipments.
  • Coordinate with distributors and customers.
  • Manage product complaints and quality assurance processes.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferably MBA, 3-5 years of experience in Pharma/FMCG, MS Office and ERP system knowledge, good communication and analytical skills.
