Job Description
Position: Customer Services Executive
Department: Distribution -ANI
Job Summary: This role involves managing administrative operations, including processing credit and debit notes, distributor orders, and agreements to optimize distribution processes.
Major Responsibilities:
- Process credit and debit notes, complaints, and discounts
- Prepare and process distributor orders
- Approve in-bound shipment orders
- Coordinate with distributors and customers
- Manage product complaints and quality assurance
Education/Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably MBA
- 3-5 years of experience in Pharma/FMCG
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and ERP systems
- Strong communication and analytical skills
