Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to connect with our customers. Ensuring the best experience by addressing inquiries, providing information, and logging complaints.
What you will do:
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Verify and log undelivered orders in the database.
- Document all complaints and monitor SLA breaches.
- Resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or related field.
- Understanding of Last Mile Logistics is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle agitated customers calmly.
- Familiarity with CRM and CMS systems.
