Job Description
Position Purpose: This role entails providing exceptional customer services within the organization and to members.
Job Description:
- Drive customer service improvements through leadership and collaboration with the management team.
- Supervise and support the team daily, offering guidance and assistance.
- Aid the Head of Services in staff training needs.
- Manage queries from various stakeholders through phone, web, and email.
- Handle product and pricing inquiries, Nisa invoicing, and distribution matters.
- Stay updated on surcharges/rebates for member guidance.
- Book Telesales Calls, manage special deliveries, and assist with member arrangements.
- Support with claims, credits, and managerial tasks.
Experience and Qualification:
- MBA/BBA degree
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
Specific Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in team supervision, with strong motivational and leadership abilities
- Understanding of Costcutter business, proficient in MS Office, and project management
- Prior offshore/BPO experience preferred, fluent in spoken English
- Able to work from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.
