Job Description
Ibex is looking to fill the position of Customer Success Coordinator for one of its global clients. The role involves supporting Customer Success Managers with tasks such as data input, reporting, and meeting presentations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Support Customer Success Managers with internal tasks, data input, and reporting
- Investigate leads and contacts using platforms like LinkedIn and Google
- Prepare meeting presentations
- Execute playbooks and tasks for low-touch clients
- Collaborate effectively with team members and meet project deadlines
- Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce or ChurnZero
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for pets and commitment to outstanding customer service
