Responsibilities:
- Own engagement and implementation strategy throughout project life-cycle
- Onboard new customers and manage account health
- Understand client’s business challenges, objectives, and road-map
- Act as a trusted advisor with client IT and business leaders
- Ensure smooth communication between customer and technical team
- Manage employees, keep management updated on projects, identify account growth opportunities
Requirements:
- 3 – 4 years working experience in Customer Success, Business Development, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication skills, relationship building abilities, teamwork skills
- Efficient project management skills, client-facing abilities
