Job Description
Role Overview:
This role focuses on expanding sales opportunities in Pakistan (covering Pakistan, Maldives, Sri Lanka, and Australia) for Azentio Banking solutions. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving cross-selling and up-selling initiatives. Looking for a self-motivated individual with a diverse customer focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly & annual sales targets.
- Develop key account plans.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Manage contract renewals and grow business with existing clients.
- Sell products and services to key accounts.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 10-12 years of Banking Software/Solution Sales experience.
- Functional and Technical knowledge of P&C Core Solutions.
- Strong communication skills in regional and English languages.
- Consultative sales approach and effective presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Self-driven, motivated, and willing to travel.
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, dynamic environment.
