Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished and proactive Customer Success/Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, a demonstrated history of cultivating strong client relationships, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, successful project outcomes, and streamlined operations within a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, understanding their business goals, challenges, and how the remote and secure access solution can address them.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations.
- Develop and execute customer success plans that outline goals, milestones, and strategies for driving value and ROI.
- Work closely with Account Sales teams to help with Upsell/Cross-sell opportunities in existing customers.
- Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Address customer issues and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner, coordinating with support and technical teams as necessary.
- Provide product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers.
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products.
- Monitor key customer success metrics and generate regular reports for management detailing customer engagement, satisfaction, and progress towards success goals.
- Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers, and support staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree.
- 3 – 5 years of customer success / account management / relevant experience.
- Must have worked for a software house or IT service/IT consulting company.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Empathetic listener with the ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Outstanding organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience driving adoption of SaaS-based solutions is a plus.
