FiveRivers Technologies is actively seeking a committed Customer Success Manager to enhance and fortify our relationships with international clients. In this vital, client-facing role, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams. Your focus will be on ensuring clear communication, providing timely updates, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Your duties will include managing client interactions, conducting weekly check-ins, tracking project progress, and transforming client feedback into actionable tasks. A strong set of interpersonal skills and a confident demeanor are crucial, as well as a solid technical foundation in product development.
