Customer Success Manager
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Job Type: Hybrid
Role Overview:
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will work with internal teams and directly with existing and new customers to develop renewal and expansion strategies, formulate ROI, reduce churn, and help iSure Global Solutions customers grow. This involves developing unique data analytics outputs that demonstrate the value iSure brings to our customers and their employees. We are looking for a Success Manager to join our team to help maintain, grow, and provide world-class support to our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Leverage new and established customer relationships to deliver ROI and expand and renew iSure subscriptions while providing a high level of service.
Execute strategic account planning and execution across both IT and business units.
Demonstrate strong technical aptitude, passion, and commitment to customer success.
Manage time effectively, articulate clear and concise ROI value statements.
Maintain high productivity, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively under time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, and team-oriented environment.
Ensure a high rate of renewal across the customer base by proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional users and services.
Manage existing accounts and maintain relationships with decision makers at executive and management levels.
Manage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system.
Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering, to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
Provide product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers.
Develop and deliver strategies that help drive our clients’ business success.
Stay informed about competition, competitive issues, and products.
Practice effective communication with management, customers, and support staff.
Provide exceptional support and service to the account base.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree.
3-5+ years of customer success, sales, account management, or relevant experience.
Previous sales experience is a plus.
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Passionate about building customer relationships.
Experience driving adoption of SaaS-based solutions is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
