Job Description
The ideal candidate will have impeccable English writing and speaking skills and can multi-task in a fast-moving environment.
This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help the stakeholders benefit mutually.
Responsibilities:
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients
- Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
- Aid clients in achieving their goals
- Provide customer support services for clients
- Perform live chat, email support, and call support for clients
- Manage client’s portfolio
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (with O & A Levels schooling background preferred)
- 1 year experience in customer support services
- Professional level English written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
