Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, providing support, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management
- Onboarding & Training for new customers
- Customer Support & Advocacy
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Upselling & Renewal Management
- Collaboration & Teamwork across departments
Timing: 6 pm – 3 am
Job Type: Onsite
Salary: 100k-200k + Commissions
