Job Description
Retention & Renewals: Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by managing renewals and proactively addressing account concerns to reduce churn.
Portfolio Management: Oversee a designated portfolio of accounts, providing tailored support to enhance product utilization and overall account health.
Cross-sell/Upsell: Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize account growth and revenue.
Reviews & Payments Management: Monitor and respond to customer feedback and online reviews, while addressing failed payment issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted service.
