Job Description
Join Jalal Sons as a Customer Success Representative! In this role, you’ll lead customer onboarding, monitor engagement trends, and develop success stories through interviews and case studies. You will also identify and initiate customer engagement strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing.
This is a full-time position with a salary starting at Rs60,00.00 per month. A Bachelor’s degree is required along with at least 1 year of CSR experience.
