Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team at MNCC. This mid-career level position is crucial for fostering strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving long-term business development. Location: E-11/2 (Islamabad) – Onsite Only. Timings: 10:45 PM to 8:00 AM.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of products and services to guide clients effectively.
  • Nurture strong relationships, address client needs, and exceed expectations.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value.
  • Implement strategies for customer satisfaction, loyalty, and minimizing churn.
  • Track key success metrics to optimize client experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance (or 1+ year relevant experience).
  • Proven success in client management or sales with the ability to exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and results-oriented approach.
