Job Description
- Design and Implement CS team and improving SOPs
- Analyze customer data for better experience
- Evaluate and enhance tutorials and communication
- Aid in product design and development
- Prepare weekly performance reports of CSRs
- Handle escalated requests and complaints
- Inspire and coach CSRs for growth
- Identify training needs for CSR’s & Specialists
- Understand business KPIs & Benchmarks
- Maintain ethics, benchmarks, and service protocols
- Share customers’ feedback for product enhancements
- Create reporting structures formats
- Design Live Wallboards and ensure benchmarks are met
- Drive Customer Life Cycle Campaigns
- Effective English communication & listening skills
- Knowledge of Customer Success Metrics
- Strong Customer Empathy, coaching, ownership
- At least 2-3 years managing small teams
- Experience in Fintech or DFS is a plus
- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, Call center software
