Job Description
We are looking for individuals with a customer-centric approach. As a Customer Success Specialist at InovioTech Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for providing satisfactory solutions to customer queries through written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers by providing training and resources.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and uphold client core values.
- Respond swiftly to customer inquiries via email, calls, and chat.
- Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Document customer queries and solutions.
- Develop customer relationships for retention and loyalty.
- Create policies to optimize customer experience.
- Gather feedback, analyze data, and enhance customer service.
- Act as a customer advocate and liaise with internal teams for improvements.
Requirements:
- O Levels/Intermediate or above (Bachelor’s in Business Administration).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Customer support experience.
- Computer proficiency and strong leadership skills.
Timings: 8PM – 5AM (Night Shift)
Job Type: Full-time Onsite
Location: PECHS Block 6, Karachi
