Role Description
Ibex is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for its Karachi location. This full-time, on-site role requires excellent customer service skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The main responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to provide timely and accurate service to customers and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work in evening and nights (It’s not a choice it’s a requirement)
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong typing skills and the ability to multitask while using different programs
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
