Job Description
365 Care Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide technical support and manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring we deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries, offer assistance, uphold extensive service knowledge, accurately document information, and achieve performance benchmarks.
