Job Description
GSG Technology Co., a dynamic US-based Corporate Culture Company, is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Care Professional to join our Lahore office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to assist customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing effective solutions.
This role requires night shift availability from 5 PM to 2 AM (Pakistan Standard Time).
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate calls to clients, assess their needs, and cultivate strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
- Utilize software and tools effectively, ensuring performance metrics are met.
