Job Description
VC Filing is seeking a full-time on-site Customer Support Agent in Model Town to assist Pakistan-based clients with U.S. LLC formation. Compensation starts at Rs25,00/month.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls; explain LLC services and procedural steps clearly.
- Record client details, schedule and track follow-ups, and follow company scripts.
- Meet performance targets while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.
Preferred: 1+ year of customer support experience. Motivated freshers with strong English and Urdu communication skills are welcome. Required: active listening, professional telephone presence, and a service-oriented attitude. Basic knowledge of business or LLC filing is a plus; training will be provided.
