Job Description: We are seeking a Versatile BPO Specialist with a broad skill set to assist with a range of business process outsourcing tasks. This role involves handling customer support, data entry, virtual assistance, and lead generation and sales as per client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Data Entry: Manage data accurately.
- Virtual Assistance: Perform administrative tasks.
- Lead Generation and Sales: Identify potential leads and support sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support, data entry, virtual assistance, or sales.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with customer service platforms like Zendesk.
- Experience with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
