Job Description

Title: Officer – Customer Support and Online Sales

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers/clients in opening trading accounts, ensuring all necessary documentations and procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide customer support via multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of client interaction, transactions for reporting, and analysis purposes.

Eligibility Criteria For the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the financial service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan stock exchange and trading practices, including knowledge of share trading procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, with problem-solving attitude.
