Overview

This involves leading customer support teams, building strong customer relationships, and providing proactive solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: Customer support management, customer success, or similar role; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, high learning capacity, and readiness to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support Manager:
- Lead and manage the customer support team.
- Develop and implement support policies and standards.
- Handle escalated issues and collaborate with other departments.
- Provide regular performance reports.
Customer Support Specialist:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Provide product support and maintain records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Develop support documentation and identify recurring issues.
Customer Success Specialist:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers.
- Onboard and train new customers.
- Monitor customer usage and conduct check-ins.
- Develop customer success plans and advocate for customers.
