Job Description
The Pacific Inc. is an established company in the e-commerce industry seeking two remote Customer Support Associates to join our team. The successful candidates will provide live chat and email support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: You will assist customers with orders, inquiries, and refunds, while efficiently resolving any complaints.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of customer support experience are required. Strong English communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Salary: PKR 30,00/month. This is a full-time position with a salary range of PKR 30,00.00 – 40,00.00 per month.
