- Engaging and chatting with customers to enhance their experience

- Processing customer orders efficiently
- Addressing and resolving customer issues and inquiries
- Utilizing WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram for customer communication
- Assisting walk-in customers with a friendly demeanor
