We are in search of experienced and proficient Customer Support with expertise in CRM systems, Zoho, Salesforce, and others. The ideal candidate will be someone who possesses excellent communication skills, is well-versed in managing databases, and is committed to providing exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally via written and verbal communication channels.
- Provide information about products and services, process orders, and handle order cancellations.
- Gather details of complaints and take necessary actions to resolve issues promptly.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, and comments.
- Process orders, forms, and applications efficiently.
Follow-up and Resolution:
- Follow up with customers to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on their requests.
- Strive for First Contact Resolution (FCR) to enhance customer satisfaction.
Escalation:
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Collaborate with other teams to address complex customer issues.
Database Management:
- Work with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) extensively.
- Go through databases, verify information, and eliminate irrelevant or outdated data.
- Ensure the database is properly organized and maintained.
English Proficiency:
- Demonstrate strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Engage in clear and effective communication with customers and internal teams.
Appointment Setting:
- Make outbound calls to customers for appointments and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to schedule necessary actions.
Continuous Improvement:
- Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
