Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide on-site support for customers, focusing on printer and photocopier troubleshooting, maintenance, and configuration on networks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support to customers for printer and photocopier issues.
- Perform break-fix support for printers and photocopiers, ensuring minimal downtime for the customer.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to printers and photocopiers efficiently.
- Configure printers and multifunction printers (MFPs) on customer networks.
- Maintain and support Document Management System (DMS) and Managed Print Services (MPS) software.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality technical support.
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electronics, Electrical, Communication, or Computer Science.
- At least 2 years of experience in printer and MFP maintenance and network configuration (preferable).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of printers and photocopiers.
- Knowledge of Document Management System (DMS) and Managed Print Services (MPS) software.
