We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Technical Customer Support Representatives at SITPros & Technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing accurate and timely solutions.
- Guide customers in utilizing our products effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
- Strong technical ability with some knowledge of SQL servers.
- Good knowledge of Excel for efficient data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
- Previous experience in a technical support role is a plus.
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide outstanding service.
- Desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
