Job Description
We are looking for full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information about our services.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- At least 1 year of prior Customer Service Experience
- A /O level, IELTS, and Fresh Graduates welcome to apply
Salary: 600 PKR to 700 PKR + Incentive
