Job Description
Abacus Consulting is seeking a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills. This is an onsite job with flexible timings (Morning, Evening, and Night).
Responsibilities:
- Manage international customer service inquiries via phone and email.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow communication procedures and policies.
Requirements:
- Intermediate or fresh candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
