Job Description
Arc Inventador is seeking an Inbound Customer Support Representative for our eCommerce leather store, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role will involve assisting customers with their inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Job Details:
- Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- Location: Gulshan e Iqbal, KHI
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email regarding product information, order status, and returns.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and managing exchanges.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our service database.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service processes and product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and empathy.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and customer service software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
