Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and accurately.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a knowledge base for customer support.
  • Actively contribute to achieving customer support KPIs and goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when dealing with customers.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of [relevant industry/product/service] is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

Education:

Minimum 16 years of education or relevant.
